Hello there
Glad you’re here. In the spirit of being an open book, maybe we should start with what I’m not: a bestselling author, wellness guru, or health nut.
Still with me? Great.
What I am is a generally happy, high-energy, midlife mom and career woman, enjoying life and trying to feel great while doing it. I’ve had some real success with holistic healing and it’s worth sharing.
Yes, I could eat more broccoli and lose more belly fat.
Thicker hair and thinner thighs wouldn’t hurt either.
But all in all—no complaints, life is good.
In college, I dreamed of a writing career. I was editor-in-chief of the school newspaper (though let’s just say that didn’t end in glory). I published a few pieces in our alumni magazine—that part was cool. I even started applying for writing jobs, only to realize I might be better suited for the business side of a career in creativity.
Then one day, I woke up and thought: Today is the day.
Fueled by decades of personal experience and a curiosity-driven journey into alternative, holistic and natural healing, I wrote
The Alternative Healing Adventure
The pages poured out of me
Real stories, curious discoveries, and practical takeaways—shared in the hope that someone, somewhere, finds something new. Something that helps them feel good. Better. Maybe even amazing.
When I was wrapping up the book, my mom—sweet as ever, but never one to skip a dose of reality—looked at me and asked, “But how do you know anyone is going to read it?”
Well mom, suppose I don’t
But I sure hope they do.
If you’ve made it this far, you really should read the book and please let me know if it sparks something in you. If so, I’d love to hear about it. So would my mom.
